 We modify 9 out of 10-floor plans we build. Customizing our floor plans does not necessarily indicate “more money”. Let’s face it, some changes do not cost extra money. It is your new home, so change the floor plan the way you like.

 We pay our sub-contractors on time. Our standard payment schedule is within 7-10 days after the invoice. This relationship is imperative in our business.
 Our estimates are free. We build on your lot or ours, and we will provide you with a free estimate. We physically walk on your lot to help determine that there will be no additional charges for preparing your lot to build upon.
