You will have the opportunity to work directly with the builder. We provide a hands-on experience to make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. We take great pride in every home we build, and we can’t wait to make you a part of the process!

Take a look at the “behind the scenes” of our construction methods to see our process. This will allow you to view the quality of our homes before it is all covered up with the finishing touches.

We develop very close relationships with our customers, and they’re more than willing to recommend us! We have reference lists available for your review. 

Our model homes are loaded with standard upgrades. Almost every item you see is included in the price. We aren’t looking to lure you in with options. Make sure you compare apples to apples when comparing homes and prices.

We modify 90% of the floor plans we build. Customizing our floor plans does not necessarily indicate more money. It is your new home, so you are welcome to change the floor plan any way you like!

Our pricing and our building time are competitive. With us, you are getting quality construction with attention to detail promptly. Remember, our name is on your home, too, so we’re invested in ensuring that you are satisfied!

We pay our sub-contractors on time. Our standard payment schedule is within 7-10 days after the invoice. This relationship is imperative to our business.

We can build on either your lot or one of ours, and we will provide you with a free estimate! We physically walk on your lot to make sure that there will be no additional charges for preparing your lot for building.

All homes are built to exceed today’s stringent Florida building codes, protected from windborne debris, and covered by our builder’s one-year warranty and Bonded Builder’s 10-year structural warranty.

Sabina Kirchherr is a Florida-licensed real estate associate who is dedicated to serving and satisfying buyers and sellers.

Sabina’s role as an on-site agent is to be an expert on the surrounding community and the homes she represents. She assists buyers throughout the entire building process— from consultation through closing.
